中文課程描述：

本課程旅館英語旨在提升學生的旅館英文知識，加強學生旅館英文的口語能力。在口語能力方面，希望增進學生的英文聽力與會話的能力，俾其日後在旅館職場上有專業的英語能力與知識，因此，本課程會強化旅館英語聽力與會話的技能。為了學生能具備進入旅館職場的英文技能，課堂上會不斷磨練相關的實務用語與情境。

英文課程描述：

This course is aimed to promote students’ Hotel English knowledge and to foster their English spoken ability.  It is hoped that they will be equipped with related professionals and English proficiency so that they have the ability of competitiveness. To this end, this course will emphasize the skills of listening and speaking with hotel situations. In this class, related expressions and situations will be practiced again and again in order to promote students’ practical skills. The lessons include common expressions, sample dialogues, role playing activities, pair and small group activities, and discussion topics.
