領隊英文 Tour Leader English

課程介紹

本課程旨在教導學生擔任領隊帶團出國旅遊時所應具備的各項英文，包括機場報到、機上服務團員、到達目的地聯絡地陪、聯絡當地餐廳、帶領團員參觀景點、購票、導覽、飯店報到、安排房間、機場通關等。舉凡領隊帶團出國會用到的英文，皆是本課程學習的重點。除了基本的領隊英文，並且培養學生的英語口語能力以及溝通協調能力。

This course is aimed to teach the English which students have to be equipped with when they work as tour leaders (or tour managers) leading a tour for travel abroad. Tour leader English covers various aspects during the travel, including checking-in at the airport, serving tourists inflight, communicating with a local tour guide, arranging local restaurants, guiding tourists to visit scenic spots, booking tickets, checking-in at the hotel, arranging hotel rooms, C.I.Q. (customs, immigration, quarantine). English expressions which are necessary for leading tourists abroad will be the main points of this course. In addition to the basic tour leader English, this course will cultivate students’ English speaking ability and communication and coordinating abilities.
